I really enjoy the place, it is my favorite place in Leon Guanajuato and unlike taco healthy, which never has food, or iskal which have much more expensive prices, even so here even though the food is good and economical, I owe them almost always a little, this time they did not offer us tortillas, although they served us after 5pm and it is assumed that they could have refused, so we forgive them, although the last two previous times they did offer us tortillas and this time there were moles, but it is not the same, even once they prepared a special vegan potato dish for me and I loved the attention, I would also like to see more protein options, such as aluvias, lentils and Peruvian beans, plus I am not a fan of pozole or soy, although the potato has a small percentage of protein, but the potatoes had many spices and seasonings, I am not a fan of food that tastes somewhat strange, also the chayote soup has many seasonings, but the rice of both types is always 10 of 10, the salad 10 out of 10, I give the dressing a 7, since my father knew how to make them better and the Jamaica water with tamarind with a little cinnamon flavor, I'm not very convinced I give them an 8 and although the of lime with I don't remember that from the penultimate time 10 out of 10 and the last time I ordered a red fruit tea, I gave it a 6, it had no flavor, although I suppose it is normal, anyway I'm not a fan of drinking tea, but the mango frape 10 out of 10, plus a lady who works there made me a vegan cake once and I took it home 10 out of 10 and we stayed talking with friends and we didn't they ran 10 out of 10
I have known this vegetarian food restaurant for more than 15 years and it has always had the same quality in all aspects. Attention, quality of food, cleanliness... A very comfortable place to eat at a fairly affordable price. They have an a la carte menu that is also accessible but the buffet is definitely my favorite. 100% recommended
